Nonwoven Fabric Factory Capabilities: Our nonwoven fabric factory is equipped with three production lines, ten bagging devices, three roll production lines, and automatic packaging machines. It boasts a 100,000-grade clean workshop along with ethylene oxide sterilization equipment, ensuring the highest product standards suitable for critical environments such as hospitals and cleanrooms.

Microfiber and Sponge Factory Capabilities: The microfiber and sponge factory houses four warp knitting machines, twenty weft knitting machines, six automatic overlocking machines, two ultrasonic cutting production lines, and two die-cutting lines. This comprehensive setup enables us to produce a wide range of high-quality microfiber textiles and sponges.

Both factories have achieved certifications in BSCI, BRC, ISO14001, GRS, OEKOTEX, and FSC, covering product safety, human rights, quality, and environmental standards.
